- Knowledge of German language is a big plus.

- Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio to achieve long-term partnerships;
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client needs and streamline the collaboration;
- Keep track of any contract updates and renewals and maintain accurate client records;
- Maintain updated knowledge of our company’s services and propose new solutions to help the client’s business;
- Proactively work with the team and improve processes so that the customer’s expectations are met;
- Good people management skills: meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to grow.
