Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.

Through a collaboration with PROFES, a team of around 16 dotWhite specialists delivered SAP development and first-, second-, and third-level support for Bosch's home appliance division — spanning financial, warehouse management, and CRM modules, greenfield development as well as maintenance of existing systems, for branches across Europe and Asia.

A global appliance manufacturer’s SAP landscape spans modules, branches, and continents. Support and development had to cover the full range — new builds and legacy maintenance — across time zones, without fragmenting responsibility.

A sustained ~16-person, multi-module SAP operation across two continents, covering both new development and the maintenance of business-critical existing systems.

An end-to-end SAP engagement: L1-L3 support plus active development across multiple modules — most notably FI (finance), WM (warehouse management), and CRM — combining greenfield builds with maintenance of existing systems, serving Bosch branches in multiple European and Asian countries.

Multi-module SAP support only scales when the same team can both maintain what exists and build what’s next — splitting those responsibilities is where quality falls into the gap.
