Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.

International portfolios become unmanageable fast: the same product may need different configurations, descriptions, or approvals per market. We supported Würth IT in making very large, multi-country product catalogs consistent and operationally usable in an SAP-based environment.

What’s standard in one country must be configured, described, or sold differently in another — multiplied across an enormous assortment. Without clear structure, the result is inconsistent catalogs, sales confusion, and unnecessary maintenance effort.

Product information became more consistently usable across country borders: easier access to relevant data, lower maintenance overhead, and a stronger foundation for digital sales and service tooling.

Solutions that make large international product portfolios digitally consistent — with a deliberate focus on operational usability in sales and service processes, not just data storage. Market-specific differences were integrated into the system’s structured logic rather than living as workarounds outside it.

International product complexity has to be structured early. The longer special-case logic lives outside the system, the harder it becomes to consolidate.
