Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.

TKD360 DataControl is a telecommunications information system aggregating and connecting data on employees, phone numbers, invoices, usage, end devices, and contracts via direct, vendor-specific interfaces. The client had no in-house developers — dotWhite owned the entire project lifecycle.

Build a management portal — back-office and front-office — for mobility devices, phones, tablets, laptops, and their related entities, covering device lifecycles, users, contracts, reporting, support activity, and ordering. Deliver it as a white-label product, and migrate all clients from a legacy portal without disruption.

A production platform serving close to 1,000 tenants with full lifecycle ownership by dotWhite — from first sketch to cloud operations.

dotWhite handled every aspect: concept, use cases, mockups, architecture, proofs of concept, team sizing, project setup, methodology, design (200+ custom screens with a design system), UI/UX, development, testing, release planning, CI/CD, and cloud deployment across three Gitflow-managed environments.
The backend is a microservices architecture behind a gateway; the frontend is a React/Redux single-page application; hosting runs on Microsoft Azure across dedicated Linux VMs and Azure App Services.
Notable capabilities: multi-tenancy with a separate database per tenant (close to 1,000 tenants), scheduled B2B synchronization jobs with per-tenant logging, custom fields with localized labels and dual-side validation, one-time access links, a dual-layer audit trail (technical + business-relevant history), WYSIWYG and cross-tenant exports, deep linking, notes with attachments, an insert/update-aware import engine with real-time SignalR progress, per-user persistent grid layouts shareable within a tenant, and full migration of legacy-portal clients via Excel, SQL, and custom import tooling.

When a client has no development organization of its own, ownership can’t be partial. We ran the entire lifecycle — and the platform’s scale is the proof.

We've moved into a house in the middle of Cluj-Napoca — 35+ desks, rooms to think in and rooms to argue in, and a garden that has already seen its first barbecue.
