Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.

Regulated sectors run on software that has to keep working while it changes — grids, production lines, patient records, payment flows, subscriber contracts. We build and maintain the parts of that landscape nobody sells off the shelf: integrations, migrations, portals, and custom applications around your standard systems. Our engineers work from Romania with German-speaking project leads, for clients across Germany, the DACH region, and the wider EU.

Unbundling, the smart meter rollout, decentralised feed-in, redispatch: every regulatory step adds interfaces, message formats, and settlement logic to systems that were designed for a simpler market. We build the integration and data layers that keep market communication, metering, and billing consistent — inside your existing SAP or utility landscape, not next to it.

The same article needs different configurations, descriptions, and approvals in every country it ships to — and the catalogue grows faster than anyone can maintain by hand. We work on the layers between ERP, PLM, shop floor, and sales channels, so product and production data stay usable as the portfolio and the plant network expand.

MDR evidence, funding programme requirements, and reporting obligations all add documentation to workflows that are already full. We build the software around clinical and regulatory processes — interfaces between systems that were never meant to talk, structured capture instead of paper, and audit trails that hold up under inspection. Patient data stays inside the EU and inside your own infrastructure.

DORA, supervisory reporting, and third-party risk rules arrive on a fixed schedule. Core banking systems don't move on that schedule. We build the layers in between — integration, reporting pipelines, customer-facing applications — with the documentation and traceability an audit expects, and with clear answers about where data is processed and by whom.

A product's marketing ends long before its contracts do. Historically grown tariff and contract logic has to keep being billed correctly while the active portfolio moves on — and every new offer adds another layer. We build the integration between customer portals, contract management, and SAP-driven billing so legacy and current products stay consistent in one landscape.

Parts stay in the field for fifteen years; the systems that track them get replaced every few. Between OEM requirements, supplier interfaces, and traceability obligations, most of the work sits in keeping data flowing across organisational boundaries. We build and run those interfaces, and the applications that make the data usable for the people who need it.

We've moved into a house in the middle of Cluj-Napoca — 35+ desks, rooms to think in and rooms to argue in, and a garden that has already seen its first barbecue.
